Now is the time to be deciding on your New Year’s resolutions, and since most people resolve in some way to either lose weight or get healthier, I thought I’d point out this article from Real Simple which illuminates the habits of people who are skinny. I don’t particularly like the title “Secrets of Thin People” as it seems to encourage the stereotype that thin people hold some sort of secret knowledge and, therefore, are better than the rest of us. But, the habits described in the article are good practices. So just remember, skinny shouldn’t be your goal, but rather HEALTHY is what you should aim for.
