Q: What’s not appropriate to wear when its 70 degrees outside, the first such mild day of the year?

And yet, I saw someone enter the building just a few minutes ago wearing a halter that looked just like this, accessorized by the goosebumps on her arm. The temperature doodad on my desktop says 69 degrees. 69 is not 40 degrees, but it sure as hell isn’t 90 degrees either.
nor would I ever wear anything like that to work?
When the temps hit 60, I say go for it, goosebumps be damned.
I think she was just visiting, not actually working.
It’s still in the 30’s here. I’m jealous.
