That happy little company The Modern Gal loves so much, Life is Good, has come out with several organic cotton lines this spring!
And as always, LIG has some cute messages on their Ts, such as this one, which proclaims “Green is Good.”
Speaking of organic cotton, I was in Dillards the other day and these organic cotton totes and clutches by Vert caught my eye. One in particular made me squeal out loud:
The Modern Beau talked me out of buying it, arguing that as cool as it was considering green IS my favorite color and I do LOVE being green, it wasn’t worth $48. But I’m thinking he was wrong? I mean, Vert donates 5% of its net profit toward environmental causes. And the bag is totally versitile. Did I mention green is my favorite color?
:looks at shirt: :slowly registers in head:
Hey! I’m wearing a Life is Good pajama outfit the SO brought me from O’Horror airport in Chicago! Fancy that! I had not idea they made other stuff! [/exclamation points]
That bag is adorable!
I love the bag!
It sounds like Life Is Good is the sort of company that I could get behind.
But I hate such unchecked optimism.
You probably have a Life Is Good sticker on your car. I hate getting behind those when I’m having a crappy day. Makes me wonder what makes that person’s life so good and why they have to brag about it.
Vanessa: I love the dramatic re-enactment.
Allie and Jenn: I know, right, and that means I should get one?
Mickey: I do have a LIG sticker on my car, but not because I have unchecked optimism, but rather I’m cynical and love the irony.
