My real estate agent e-mailed me this morning to let me know my house had had two showings during its first weekend on the market. (SCORE). The first came with feedback of “great condo, though not right for my client.” (unscore). The second came with a phone call to my agent this morning to ask more questions and inform her that my house was one of the ones being considered by their client. (SCORE).
My agent’s response: Good, but don’t get excited until we have an offer in hand. (unscore). Sage advice, I know, after watching countless hours of HGTV. Now continues the roller coaster ride of the real estate market.
But, should I sell this house superfast, I’m totally going to credit these chairs I bought from Target on a whim to help stage my especially large living room, balancing out the slipcovered couch, hand-me-down sidetables and ratty old armchair claimed by the Modern Dog about a week after she moved in with me.
That is a nice looking chair!
Our couches are so saggy and beat that I’m thinking we’ll have to rent furniture to sell our house.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
Ooh, that is a nice chair! Good luck with the house selling; I know it’s tough right now.
Good Luck, I’ll keep my fingers crossed!
Also, I totally would buy your condo because those chairs are cute!
Thanks, everyone!
Sarah: I won’t stop you if you want to buy it 🙂
Love those chairs!
