I am nothing if not a lazy chef. I often judge a new recipe on the number and difficulty of ingredients: Five ingredients, three of which I already have? Great! Twenty ingredients, six of which I’ve never heard of? Next.

So how awesome are these three-ingredient recipes from Hungry Girl? As soon as I get back from vacation, I’m going to try the tomato basil chicken.
