Let me make this clear: the Modern Gal is neither a fan of the New England Patriots nor of Tom Brady. (And never will be.)

But, as I sit here watching the Pats trying to think of new ways to run up a score in the third quarter, I can’t help but think how much I would love to be the team’s punter. I don’t think anyone would notice that a 5’3″ gal who can’t punt a football worth a damn is occupying the slot. Shoot, I’ll even do it for a bargain $1 million. Maybe half that.
