It’s really hard to remember the different benefits of eating different kinds of foods. I mean, we all know carrots=good eyesight (I’m screwed), but what is it that’s so dang great about cranberries and their antioxidants?

Foodproof to the rescue. It’s got a handy chart linking benefits to different kinds of power food. Need some brain food for a big project? There’s a list of 20 different kinds (try pita bread with hummus).

Would you believe pound cake helps improve digestion and sleep? I think I’ll be hitting it heavy tonight.
